All joking aside, 42 Robots AI is all about creating and/or using AI enabled software to solve problems that were, only a few short years earlier, impossible or impractical to solve.
With Open AI, Chat GPT, Mid Journey, DALL-E 2, and many more AI models coming out and wowing us with their capabilities, the time is now to build into the Artificial Intelligence future.
We see a lot of opportunities for using AI with creativity to create practical solutions for people.
42 Robots AI
We are actively using our creativity with understanding of new software development possibilities to solve real world problems and improve lives.
Additionally, we are looking to be active in protecting humans from the downsides of AI and give back to society with AI.
To elaborate, we are working to:
(a) Reduce the negative side effects of powerful AI technology and give back to those most negatively affected by AI.
For example, many careers today will either be fundamentally different or not exist in the future. We will work on solutions to help these people.
(b) Give back to society and in a large way by working on important problems that AI can solve.
For example, we’re currently working on picking a particularly challenging disease we think AI can help cure. Once we get the company to profitability, we will make curing the chosen disease with AI a major priority. We believe that building AI model(s) just for the purpose of curing 1 (very bad, no good) disease that affects many people is the way.
We want AI to, broadly, be a force for being helpful AND good in the world.
42 Robots AI Current Work
(1) Hyper Prompts
Our first product is called “Hyper Prompts.” Hyper Prompts is a unique tool that seeks to tie in multiple AI models in one place, organize your conversations and generations from those models in a much more scalable and practical way.
ChatGPT is an amazing tool, but only because GPT-3.5 & GPT-4 are amazing AI models. ChatGPT leaves a lot to be desired from a heavy use standpoint. Hyper Prompts looks to solve all of the usability issues with ChatGPT.
Hyper Prompts is scheduled to be released in April of 2023.
(2) Niche & Use Case Specific, “Narrow AI,” Algorithm & Model Building
We have already begun planning and development on a narrow AI model and the practical algorithms surrounding the model.
We can’t say yet which niche(s) & use case(s) we’ve selected because that is still a work in progress, but we have honed in on a few key areas where we think 42 Robots software development can add a lot of value.
(3) Cure One Major Disease with AI
To be fair, perhaps this isn’t necessarily curing a disease, but dramatically reducing its impact on the lives of those most affected. Sort of like how AIDS is no longer a death sentence because we have medicine that dramatically reduces its negative effects.
The first example of a disease we are looking at trying to work on helping cure is Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). This is a horrible, debilitating disease that crushes the lives of children. It will also be very challenging to solve. We know others are working on curing it and we hope they are successful. At the same time, I think, perhaps a group of committed people can help see the problems with fresh eyes. It is certainly worth a try even if we spend years spinning our wheels.

42 Robots AI is the brainchild of David Hood, a long term technologist and data geek.
David has been working heavily with data and algorithms for over 20 years and so he feels well positioned to see unique angles to solve problems with AI enabled software.
David also believes that AI is going to change much of human experience VERY QUICKLY. We’re talking about some industries being completely upended within a few short years.
But, definitely, within the next 10 years, AI will revolutionize so much of what us humans are capable of.
